The Water Music Arts Center
The Hoboken Arts Center is a mixed-use 10 story cultural facility integrating art galleries, a public theater, recording studios, educational facilities, commercial catering facilities and an outdoor promenade into a 4-story public base while supporting six floors of private residential condominiums in the building’s upper section. Indoor parking is provided below grade.
In 2008, the project was unanimously awarded City Council approval and currently awaits a public reading for the expansion of its program.
The proposed cultural center is to be located at the current location of the Water Music Recording Studio, 931 Madison Street, naturally, in Hoboken.
