Cornel West Reading Pavillion, Princeton, NJ

As part of a temporary exhibition in conjunction with Princeton University, the design for the Cornel West Reading Pavillion blurs all distinction of threshold in its physical geometry, materiality and optical qualities.

Constructed from a continuous and unexpanded sheet of 4" thick polished aluminum honeycomb, the pavillion was delivered, expanded and installed within a makeshift cornfield all within a single day.
